CHRISTMAS CANDY!

If you're looking for lactose free Christmas candies to put in your child's stocking, don't worry. I have some great options!

CANDY CANES

Candy canes are usually always lactose free, because they're made from hard candy (just sugar, water and flavorings!)

BUBBLE GUM

Hubba Bubba bubble gum.

Fruit Stripe bubble gum made by Farley's & Sathers candy company.

GUM DROPS

Gum drops are perfect for Christmas and even come in special green and red colors! As a rule of thumb here, usually jelly candies (such as gum drops, peppermint leaves, orange slices, etc.) are lactose free, but again, check the labels!

NECCO WAFERS

Necco wafers are lactose free!

FROSTY NERDS

INGREDIENTS: dextrose, sugar, malic acid, less than 2% of corn syrup, artificial flavors, carnuba wax, color added (blue 1, red 40 lake, yellow 5).

RASPBERRY HARD CANDY

Again, you're usually safe with any kind of hard candy as it's just sugar, water and flavorings. However, these raspberry candies are really special at Christmastime.

Before you buy ANY candy, even if it's listed on here, always check the labels! Companies have been known to change ingredients, redesign products and update flavors without the public always knowing! If in doubt, call the company, ask for customer service and ask if there are any allergens in their products. Usually they will be happy to help you! Have a great Christmas!
