FRENCH TOAST!

 

RECIPE:

2 slices lactose free bread (such as white Italian)
Fleischman's unsalted margarine
2 eggs
Sugar/cinnamon mixture
Canola oil (for frying)

Butter both sides of bread, then dip in egg. Dip in sugar/cinnamon mixture. To make the sugar/cinnamon mixture, add equal parts sugar and cinnamon to a bowl and mix. Of course, you can add more or less sugar depending on what you like. Fry on both sides in pan lightly coated with canola oil. You don't want a lot of oil in the pan here, just enough to coat the bottom of the pan. Enjoy! Like I said before, just because you're lactose intolerant, it dosen't mean you have to give up your favorite things. This is a great way to enjoy a typical breakfast that would normally be off limits.
