HAMBURGERS!
It's getting to that time of year again! SUMMER! Now is the perfect time for hamburgers. But there are many options which just are not lactose free such as cheeseburgers, mayonnaise, creamy dressings, etc.
Below you will find a recipe which is lactose free, but can be "doctored up" with other ingredients or changed.
HAMBURGER
1 lb. ground top round roast (the better quality meat is better)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion salt (or 2 tsp. freshly chopped white onion)
Mix together and grill. Enjoy!
