SALSA

Salsa is usually lactose free, but again, you never know, so be sure to check the label!



RECIPE:
2-3 ripened tomatoes
1/4 cup green peppers
a few slices onion

Chop the above ingredients. Set in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to let flavors blend.

Serve with lactose free tortilla chips!
