ROAST, POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS!

If you're looking for a lactose free dinner, this is a great option!





RECIPE:

1 beef roast (use what cut you like such as top round roast, beef brisket, etc)
small bag of green beans (about 4 servings, or 30 beans, washed)
4 large potatoes, washed

Rinse roast and put in shallow baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt and onion salt. You may also use chopped or minced onion. Bake at 375F for 2-3 hours (depending on the roast). Make sure you flip it once.

Bake potatoes also at 375F for about one hour. In a medium saucepan, boil green beans until just slightly firm.

Serve and enjoy!

As you can see here, you can enjoy traditional dishes that don't require any dairy products at all. You can also substitute chicken here or a different kind of vegetable!
