SAUTEED MUSHROOMS!

You can make sauteed mushrooms very easily. And they're lactose free!

RECIPE:

1 package white mushrooms, any size (you can also use gourmet mushrooms such as portobello) If you're sauteeing a large package of mushrooms, add more olive oil to the bottom of the pan).
2-3 tablespoons olive oil

Add mushrooms and oil to pan, then saute over medium heat until mushrooms are soft. Make sure to keep stirring during the cooking process.
