POTATO LATKES!
In honor of Hanukkah, I have to share with you a great recipe for potato latkes! Happy Hanakkah to all of our Jewish friends!
RECIPE:
2 cups peeled and shredded potatoes
1 tablespoon grated onion
3 eggs, beaten2 tablespoons white flour
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ cup oil (canola)
Squeeze potatoes in towel to remove any excess water. In a
bowl, stir together potatoes, onion, eggs, flour and salt. Fry over medium-high
heat until done! Make sure they’re crispy!
