If you're looking for an AMAZING lactose free cookie, I've found the perfect one for you! Honestly, of all the lactose free cookies out there, this one is my favorite! It has a very mild flavor. You can put in the edge of a bowl of ice cream, serve it with some fresh fruit or even make a ice cream sandwich out of two!
