KOSHER FOOD!

If you're lactose intolerant, you might be pleased to know that you can eat many kosher foods. You don't have to be Jewish to enjoy kosher foods. According to Jewish food law, meat and milk must be kept separate. That means many packaged kosher foods will be dairy free. Just try looking in the international or kosher food section next time you're in the grocery store and see what I mean. Just read the ingredient lists!

You can also take advantage of many kosher recipes which typically leave milk and milk products out of foods!
