LACTOSE FREE MATZO BALL SOUP!

After a day of snow tubing, skiing or whatever other winter sport you like, this matzo ball soup is the perfect ending to a cold day!

INGREDIENTS: matzo meal (Passover wheat flour and water), sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, onion, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenating cottonseed oil), garlic, monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, pepper, dill, celery seed, parsley, annatto color.
